I think when you hear the name Toyota, you think of high quality vehicles. With such a favorable reputation, I feel safe in buying Toyota. An excellent reputation is everything, and you got it.
I really like the way the sales people are able to show you up front what the price of the vehicle is. One reason we did not buy the……was that the sales person had to meet with the sales manager to discuss the pricing. We felt that if this was necessary that the sales people did not have the brains to figure it out themselves and may not know the product that they are selling. As a woman shopping on my own, I felt that……treated me in a very good way. He did not make me feel that my questions were trivial, took time to explain the way that all of the safety features worked and made me comfortable in the car, etc. etc.. ……….and…….spent a lot of time making me comfortable with my choice. My husband and I have purchased a number of vehicles in the past 45 years and this was the best experience of all, Thank you.

Thanks for putting me into a 2008 Tacoma! I love the truck and I love the great service you provided.
Our salesman was great! He really did a great job in finding the car we wanted. He made the experience hassle free and easy to understand. The Dealership was very friendly and the owner even made a point of getting to know us, shaking our hand when we were there to pick up the car, and really showing an interest in the customer service aspect. We were very happy to make this purchase. We will be happy to return to Sherwood Park Toyota and deal with the friendly people there. Our sales rep did an awesome job!
I just wanted to send a note in regards to the excellent service with the purchase of the Camry. There were some requests that I had that were verbal, and not noted on the bill of sale, and all were followed up and honored.Thanks, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back when we are in need of another vehicle.
